Managers and Psychometric Assessment

Before managers can be effective at giving orders they need to be competent at taking them. Also knowing their own strengths and limitations, both behaviourally and intellectually, will pay handsome dividends in improving their management skills through increased self-awareness.

Having assessed themselves through psychometric assessments which are independent and unbiased, they will then be in a position to test the personnel for whom they are responsible.

Management is the achievement of results through the efforts of others. That being so being able to read 'others' and then act appropriately is an essential component of management.
